As part of the Bangor community, we are pleased to provide educational opportunities to our new neighbors, helping them beautify their yards and gardens. Greenhouse Hot Yoga

Take part in a Beginner-Friendly heated yoga class right in our greenhouse! Isis will guide you through mindful movements that promote flexibility, strength, & balance - No experience required!
